"Mike, Your crew did a great job. They arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would. I was surprised by a few details. Details like running a respectful job site. Here are a few samples; shingle wrappers were tied in knots then dropped into the same area to be picked up. Scrap shingles were also dropped in one area. All personal trash (lunch wrappers) were done the same way. The crew leader cleaned the general area every time he came off the roof for something. All crew members cleaned at the end of the work. All crew members were doing something ALWAYS. Example: I saw one of them that needed a second set of hands, rather than sit down and rest he cleaned until another crewman could help him. After the leader checked his tools and closed his vehicle, he walked the entire area one last time before he let me know they were finished. He then waited (at a short distance) while I walked the site. In the past I have been paid extremely well to teach these sort of things in the hotel industry. These are the sort of things that if not done will make or break a business regardless of volume. Please bring some extra cards with you as I will be giving them out when I am asked about roofers.
